You might have only just started suspecting that you are neuro divergent. Or maybe deep down you always knew you were different from other people. You may have been recently diagnosed as autistic or Adhd or both.

The important thing to remember with Neurodivergence is that the world can feel more difficult than it does to neurotypical people. That can be in the sensory domain, the social domain, the executive functioning domain etc. You may feel easily stressed or overwhelmed, feel that you are a social misfit or that you can't keep up with the social 'rules' that other people seem to know. You may constantly feel on the outside, chaotic, rigid, or just plain 'weird' when you compare yourself to others. You may well have undergone a lifetime of masking which in turn has lead to plain old burnout.

I have direct and personal experience with neuro diversity and also in doing therapy with neuro divergent individuals.
